Hello Ann, it's nice to meet you! I agree this community is so helpful and so nice. No matter what mood I am in, there is always someone to talk to and cheer me up, or someone I can cheer up and help. Really, the community makes all the difference. I also love the nutrition tracker because I know I will have to write it down. It helped me be much more accountable, so even if I eat 5 Million calories today, I will track it, and move on. It's a very powerful tool.

First time ever posting on a message board. I am really enjoying the SparkPeople tools to help me lose 30 lbs. by April 30th. So far I have been losing the two pounds a week I need to reach my goal. Love all the great info, recipes, motivation and community I have found here. Thanks everyone! emoticon emoticon
