Just joined tonight after trying one diet day on my own. Kept track of what I ate all day (goal was 1200 calories max) then entered it in the tracker....I didn't do too badly but learned from the report that generated for me, areas where I can do better. I will continue to use the daily tracker and tips from this site until I reach my goal weight and then to maintain. I want/need to lose 22 lbs. Am 62 years old, was petite most of my life but now starting to look frumpy. Even though I am a grandmother of 3, not ready to look the part. Donna
