It sounds like you're off to a great start already!

For the food at work... my trick is to make myself wait a few hours. By the time it's sat out for a while, and everyone has picked at it, it's completely unappetizing. ;) (The 1/2 cookie people?! Drives me batty, but it's effective!)

now where the heck do I begin on here.....

x Decided I need help- AGAIN, to not quit- AGAIN, and to FIGHT FOR HEALTH - AGAIN!
x Made my page- I think it's right
x introducing myself: I am 35, WORKING mother of 2 (5 and 7 y/o) and wife to a husband in retail (sucky hours- seems like I am a single parent sometimes).
I have about 200 (+) to lose- ICK!. I have done it all, however I quit before I get started usually. I have lost 42 lbs before- healthy eating mostly. I know what it takes....I really think I do, I have learned a lot through friends, weight watchers (2 times), personal trainer (3 mo) and even a life coach (3 mo).....I just need new idea's and motivation!!!! Basically a self sabotager in MANY ways.... I have self worth, I just let life get way out of control. OH AND MY FREAKING OFFICE IS IN THE BREAK ROOM! TRIPLE ICK!!!!!! I work as a Billing Manager for a Dr's office, we basically rent a corner from another dr. who always have TONS of reps bring in food/treats all of the time- TO MY OFFICE THAT SIT OUT ALL DAY STARING AT ME!!!! LOL, ok that is quite the introduction....Looking forward to some help from people in my shoes :)

I am on a journey- NOT TO LOSE weight! I never want to find it again! LOL!
