Hello and Welcome to Sparks!

Although each person has different goals, you're in great company here. The amount of support and community at Sparks is unlike any other website. (Trust me, I've tried them all!) emoticon

If there is any way that I can help you along your journey, just let me know! I'm always here for friends in need.

Welcome to SP!
Here is your Getting Started Guide:

And I think these new member tutorial videos are very helpful:

The SparkDiet Overview explains how the nutrition program here works:

Some things that are helpful to many new members:
Get on a Spark Team or two that match your interests. You will find it easy to get acquainted with folks on Spark Teams. For instance, you can select a Team of Sparkers in your city, or Sparkers who follow a particular food plan (vegetarians, low carb, etc.), Sparkers with a particular health concern, or Sparkers who share your hobbies. Another option is to set up your Spark Page and start blogging. Some folks use the Community Journals. Post a lot on the message boards, especially if you have successes or challenges. You'll soon find that you're connecting with many nice folks here.

This is a great, positive community! Iím glad youíre with us.

Here are resources you may use to get you going ....

Sing to the Lord a new song, for he has done marvelous things:... Psalm 98

Therefore we do not lose heart. Though... we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day my day....So fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. for what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal
2 COR 16-18

Doing nothing is the most perfect form of action, when I do nothing there is nothing left undone and there is nothing left to do.... The Way by Lao Tse

On the right side of this page should be a box that says "Quick links" and towards the bottom is "Getting Started Guide." Click that, and it should help you out. Take it slow because there is a TON of information and activities on this website :) It can be overwhelming.

One of the first things you'll want to do is set up your fitness and nutrition plan. You can always access those from the "My trackers" tab at the top of the page. emoticon
