I'm new to Spark! Started my New Years resolution to lose my unwanted pounds and build muscle on December 1st! I read that if you start your resolution as soon as you decide what it is going to be, you are 8 times more successful in achieving, I am a believer!
I started working out, again, for the first time in about four years, on December 1st. I've changed my eating habits and started with a goal to do SOMETHING every day! I've done something every day except 3 - went I went to Vegas for New Years Eve and last Saturday while partying at Sundance in Park City, Utah.
Any motivational hints anyone has to share would be greatly appreciated!
