I started to diet and exercise 2 weeks ago, when enough was enough. I need to lose some weight over 2 stone if I can. I love Zumba which is keeping me fit and going to the gym 3 times a week. Also I have the Nintendo wii which I have 2 fitness game which is Zumba 2 and my shape which I do up to 5 times a week so keeping my self busy with exercise. I'm terrible with diets I'm a really funny eater and don't like too much. I'm on the slimfast diet at the minute but is sticking with it. I'm new on here today but before this I have done it for 2 weeks and up to now have lost 6lbs

I'm new to Spark! Started my New Years resolution to lose my unwanted pounds and build muscle on December 1st! I read that if you start your resolution as soon as you decide what it is going to be, you are 8 times more successful in achieving, I am a believer!
I started working out, again, for the first time in about four years, on December 1st. I've changed my eating habits and started with a goal to do SOMETHING every day! I've done something every day except 3 - went I went to Vegas for New Years Eve and last Saturday while partying at Sundance in Park City, Utah.
Any motivational hints anyone has to share would be greatly appreciated!
