I am already loving this site. I am some one who goes to the gym three times a week, walks every other dAy, eats relatively well and up until recently enjoyed gradual weight loss. 7 months ago I had gall ladder removed and started medication for under active thyroid, this has all resulted in weight gain over the last few months even though I have not changed my routines. Feeling rather desperate as the weight gain to my mid section almost feels daily increasing. Would love to hear any advice as it is getting depressing :(
