HI, Laura! Your 4 year old is blessed! My daughters and I all have ADHD and it is truly a blessing. Sadly, society has convinced people that it is a disability. It is NOT!

My name is Laura. I tried this about a year ago, I didn't do to well. I am giving it another go. I am more determined now to get myself healthy and in shape. I have a 4 year old with ADHD and he has a lot of energy and I can't keep up with him. So he is my motivation. emoticon
