We're all busy, and don't feel like we have time for ourselves, but we HAVE to TAKE time for us. Putting ourselves first comes hard for many of us, but you will enjoy your 'ME' time, even if it's only 10 minutes a day. Try new things, find something you enjoy or always wanted to try and go for it! Excercise doesn't have to be something you dread, just something to get you moving a little at a time!

I'm new here. I'm trying to find the motivation, inspiration, and drive to actually begin a weight loss regimen. I'm a full time college student and I work about 25 hours a week. With everything I do, I don't have time for myself. I eat terribly and never workout. I want to loose weight, I really do, but I can never keep up with anything. It's just so hard to do it alone. I also need to loose weight. I have about 100lbs to loose and im developing a lot of ealth problems. I have GI problems, my asthma is worse than its ever been, my back hurts all the time, amd im starting to suspect a possible stress fracture in my ankle. I have so many reasons to loose weight, yet i just cant do it. Anyways, I'm hoping maybe virtual friends will help me try and find motivation. At any rate, ts worth a try. So hello all!
