tips? I'd say do the same thing you did in the beginning - take it slow. Don't try to change everything at once.

Back from a week's holiday in Dorset, England. OK weather, fantastic scenery, wonderful friends, loads of walking (much fitter now) But - oh, dear - the food!! (Mostly healthy food, but so much of it!) I daren't go on the scales till my weight's had time to settle!
I think it's going to be hard to get back on track after a fantastic week away. Any tips for getting used to 1600 calories again??
