I am new to Spark People. Well, actually I belonged a long time ago but strayed.
But I am back!

I joined Weight Watchers shortly before the New Year and am down 20 pounds so far. Slow, but sure I am getting there.

I recently made the decision to quit smoking as well and invested in my first E-cig. Tomorrow will be my first day of that challenge!

Looking forward to sharing my journey with you toward a healthier me!
