Welcome! SparkPeople is a great place to be for motivation, accountability, and learning how to reach your goals. Make sure you use the trackers and set of goals, especially Fast Break goals, to track. Have simple, easy to achieve short terms goals as well as long term goals. Most importantly, go to the SparkTeams page and look for teams that are based around your interests and goals. You will find so much support there!

I am a empty nester of two, wife of one, soon to be fifty, and ready to start on me……again! I know what to do, but have ALOT of trouble with the follow through. I hope I can find some support from others who walk in my shoes.
