Hi! I'm in the same boat. I think you are making a move in the right direction. And sometimes all we need is that little boost from someone, that little voice that says, "why don't you go for a run", or "How about a long walk, a bike ride, a swim". I'm the kind of person that needs a loud voice saying, "Don't eat that!!" lol. Good luck to you, we are all hear to help and support.
