I too have started on this diet. I have to say it satisfies me, been on it for a week. I haven't lost any weight, I am eating about 1000 calories a day. My blood sugars are excellent. I really struggle with losing weight no matter what I am on. I can't lose weight. I was hoping this would help. I am type 1 diabetic and hypothyroid. I too would like to hear if anyone is doing this diet and some pointers

Hello! I am new to SP! I happened to come upon this website when I was surfing the web this AM in desperation! I have been dieting for ever and just seem to be gaining weight! My goal weight is 129 and I am a very fat 153 and scared! I have no clothes that fit and I don't want to leave the house because of that! I think I will try the LCHF diet next! Does anyone have any suggestions?
