I have a Question everyone. When you make pasta and it says 2oz dry what would it be cooked. I never canfigure that out so if anyone knows please help me thanks.

Thank you everyone for the welcome. I hope to learn more about what can help me lose 50 pounds then that would put me at my goal weight. I lost 55 pounds last summer. I walked 1 hour everyday. I keep track of my calories in take and the fat i was burning. I hope this site will make it more easier to do these things. i think I'm going to learn a lot here. I'm glad to become a member of this site.
