Hello i'am a new beginner to this sight i have tried a lil bit of everything here to ther an got nowhere. i'm currently at 164.8 pounds an i'm working on loosen 34.8 pounds also want to tone myself up a bit. that's my goal!!! i have been in and out of surgery varies from what kind an hardly ever have good days were i feel really good. It feels if i'm not sick im going threw another surgery an you cant really do much of anything after you go threw one so it hard to stay in a gym,and fear of looking like a really buff guy chick!!! scary .....seriously though, i had brain surgery an lost a tone of memory an everything i come across really jus talk over my head an im not good with numbers that i never have been i do remember that much but i havent ran into such thing here on spark .so any thoughts ideas mainly segjestion im really open an imma good listener at that .TYIA
