Take a few minutes to make up a sparkpage making it public and allowing members to post a message to you on it

Also don't forget to participate as often as possible on all the groups you have joined - lots of encouragement there

I'm new to the site and finding it full of good information. I'm not new to the struggles of being healthy though. I am excited to be back on the journey though to a healthy lifestyle!!!!
