I am new to SparkPeople and so I'm still trying to get through everything on the website. I am currently doing Weight Watchers and I am wondering if there are more on the Weight Watchers program that I can get some recipes, points on certain foods and a little push. I have tried so many diets (even W.W.) and keep falling off the wagon so maybe I can get some info on how everyone else can stay on it, any info will be greatly appreciated. thanks
