Hey all! I am new to SP. I am 47, live in TX and planning to lose about 30 pounds. I am a wife, mom, student and full time employee....so busy doesn't even begin to describe my life....but I like it that way! I already work out 6 days a week, but obviously my eating needs help or I wouldn't be pre-diabetic with high cholesterol and high blood pressure. I am switching over to a flexatarian approach.....mostly plant based with a few cheat meat meals occasionally. I'd love to meet some accountability buddies!
