I started cutting and counting calories on March 15, 2013. I also started working out at the gym and this Summer I am swimming laps at the pool until Fall. Down 28 pounds so far!!! In a size 12 down from a 16... Going to keep it up until the end of the year but after that I will still limit sweets and calorie intake! Thank you for the motivation Ya'll!!!!! Sherrie
