Yes, I've come back and I'm under a new name. Why? Because I've changed back to my old ways and I need your help.
The last 20lbs I lost on SP has found it's way to my hips, thighs and other areas I dare not speak. Heck, I can probably fly to Hawaii with the wings I now have!
But this time, I have realized that my weight problem is not with just losing the extra pounds. I have a severe relationship issue with food and feelings of guilt. This isn't something that will just go away with the weight... it is something I need support for. It is something I need Sparks for.
So, please connect with me. I'm great at giving support to others but so desperately need your support through this challenge in my life.
