Okay this is my third and final attempt at Spark People. I lost weight last year on the Atkins Diet but had a hard time sticking to it after losing 25 pounds because it was too time consuming to plan meals and it just wasn't family friendly. I have two small children and they need more then meat and veggies in their diet. So this time around I'm going to eat smaller portions of food and eat healthier. My husband needs to lose weight too so we are doing this together. I know that I eat when I'm bored because I'm a stay at home mom. I need to redo my pattern of thinking when it comes to food. I have times to cook food and exercise. I love Spark People and everyone on it! It's a great community and I love the recipes section as well. Here's hoping to a new healthier lifestyle for me and my family!
