Just dropping in to say hello..
I am new around this area. and I am looking for new friends to encourage me.!
I need to drop at least 40 pounds. Then i will look at that point and see what else needs to go!
but my short term goal is 40.
I have an elliptical at home i just got. My main form of Cardio. I walk 2 or 3 miles on the weekend. Going to go back to low carb next week.
Any other ideas I would love.
I dont have any children. Not by choice just how my life worked out..
and inching closer to my 40th bday. ( 11 weeks to go) so trying to drop as much as I can before my 40th bday.
