Hello, I just joined this site about a week ago after trying to lose weight on my own for quite a while. I used to be on Weight Watchers and I had lost 10 pounds in the first month but just did not have time in my busy schedule to go to a meeting every week which I had found to be helpful so I gave that up. Now I am hoping to get some support here. I am looking to lose about 75 pounds :)
