Where to begin... I was injured in an elevator accident 10 years ago. I have put on about 100 pounds since. Plus have been diagnosed with a laundry list of health conditions. I have tried many well known "diets" but they all seem to fail for one reason or another. I think most of the time it is due to the fact I do not have the ability to work out hours a day- and heavy cardio is out. Walking and swimming(summer months) is about all I am able to do. But there are times walking is even difficult.
I am hoping that with the sparkpeople community, I can start my road to getting on track and eventually losing the weight and hopefully knocking off some of health issues and medications off my list!
Time to clean out the pantry, fridge and freezer! I am ready to roll!
