My name is Debra and I am 56 years old. I retired in August and have just finished writing my first book, so my life is sedentary. I recently joined a Zumba class. I am trying to lose about 15 pounds and it is much harder than I thought it would be. I am changing the way I eat but motivating myself to exercise is my biggest problem. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
