I find that joining teams and having a challenge once a week to participate in helps me a lot. It takes the guess work out of what I should do that week. Joining more than one team can really push you to get up and get it done! Two of my other favorite teams are "Weekly Challenges" and "Starting Over: Weekly Mini Challenge Team". They have challenges every single week and it helps you stay on track! Go to Spark Teams under the Community tab and look up "ongoing challenges". Both teams should be under there. Also on a personal note, I have started a "weight loss journey" journal. I write in it every day and use it to keep track of my losses; gains; food; water and exercise. Having a physical reminder of how I am doing is helping A LOT. So does having clear set goals, either daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. Just start with small changes so you don't get overwhelmed like drinking 8 glasses of water a day or working out for 30 minutes. I would suggest joining some Sparkteams and also find an accountability buddy to keep you motivated and on track. I push myself to work out and eat healthy all week and then at the end of the week I treat myself with something small.
