Hi I'm new to this board and spark people in general. Doing pretty well so far, but have a long way to go. Almost 100 lbs to lose. I am considering bariatric surgery so I need to have a good weight loss program to begin with or I won't be considered (six months in duration). My appointment with the surgeon is April 9. Maybe I won't even need the surgery, who knows! I've lost weight before, 100 lbs the last time, and was incredibly fit, but as we all know, it creeps back on and I'm now the heaviest I've ever been and with health problems. So here I am.
