and on losing over 60 pounds already. My suggestion would be to start slowly and make some changes, and as your energy and excitement build you can add in more. You could start with tracking your food (the Nutrition Tracker is found under My Trackers in the banner) to see what you are currently eating. If you aren't already exercising, start with walking. Drink 8 cups of water daily. As you get more into the site, look for teams to join. Getting to know other members is a great way to find support and learn more. Also, set up a SparkPage so people can reach out to you. It's amazing how helpful it is to have a support group. Let me know if you need help with any of these things. I'd be happy to guide you. Hello everyone, My name is Carol and I started my weigh loss journey since May 2013.I weight 289 and now I am currently at 225. I am stuck and I just needed a bit of a push and more motivation to reach my goal of 150. With my height, I'm suppose to weigh around that area. Anyways, I am new so please any tips and advice can be super great and appreciated. Love to hear from you all and good luck to everyone and I hope you all reach your goal. :)
