I do not know what your food or exercise plan is. but I post my food and exercise here and we all get to change our lives. I went to the Doctor Wednesday and he said I have lost 10 pounds a year for the last 5 years. But he would not let me go off my high blood pressure medication so I have to loose more but that is ok because spark is working for me..... keep in touch if you wish.
