After 45 years of teaching, retirement has left me time to do those things I love to do but never had time-needlecrafts, silk ribbon embroidery and flower making, gardening etc. But the most time I had was for EATING and did I gain a lot of weight in such a short time. Spark appeals to me because of the support in all areas of my well being. I look forward to hearing your success stories that will encourage me as well.
