I too am on this weight loss journey. I started at 301 last year & currently 245. If you can commit to change even when you fall off you get right back on. I'm new to Sparkpeople. Actually, used the website before, but last time I didn't use the message boards. Hoping to be motivated by others fighting the weight loss battle. I need to lose more than 50 pounds in order to reach a healthy weight. Of course, any weight lost will be a healthy change.
