Starting anew with SparkPeople! I have been here off and on before but now I'm truly ready to commit to my healthy journey.

I am a married 20 something social worker with a cat and a love for wine and craft beer! I am also getting into fitness blogging. I like walking, zumba, cardio at the gym, swimming, and things that don't really feel like exercise.

I like to think that I am supportive so I'm always looking to receive support as well as give it. Feel free to add me :)
