Hello! My name is Monica and I am a mom 0f 5 all 8 and under. I have struggled with my weight my whole life and every time I start a diet I say "this time I will get the pounds off" but I seem to fail. I did Atkins for about 2 month and lost some weight and kept it off, but with small kids and young family I felt like I couldnt participate in things like Ice Cream night and normal dinners. It just wasnt realistic for me.
I am excited to see where my progress will be in a month. I like the workout goals this sets for me. I would hate to let it down.
