Two to consider using are the Nutrition and Fitness Trackers. Also, check out Spark Teams under the COMMUNITY Tab. Do searches on your goals, interests, hobbies, whatever. back. It takes a few running starts for some of us to make it. This is a repet visit for me, but after losing 88# I am 10# from goal. You can do it, too!
