When you click the button to Add Cardio, you'll see a link in that box that says "Manually Enter Calories Burned". Click there and you can put in the entry with your own info.

Hi, I'm new to SparkPeople. I would like to use the fitness tracker to keep track of the calories I burn while exercising based on my heart rate monitor (HRM) reading rather than the Spark calculation. Is there a way to override their calculation to enter in my own info?
