I love making healthy pancakes when I feel like I want something sweet :)
I mash up 1.5/2 bananas depending on how big they are with 3 eggs, some cinnamon, nutmeg and a dash of vanilla extract.

They are yummo and I know exactly what's in them and they are super easy. I top mine with peanut butter or honey and some berries.

w/e i eat sweets i try to eat them in moderation but i recently invented this awesome (and healthy) chia frappachino.
i didn't measure when made it so just slap dash everything into a blender. taste test untill u like it and enjoy

For the healthiest milkshake ever, I blend together a cup of milk (I like soymilk, and it's sweeter, but use whatever kind you like), cocoa powder, cinnamon, and vanilla protein powder. It's delicious if you have good protein powder.

Also, if you like it thicker, adding peanut butter and/or oat flour (just blend some oats to powder at the bottom of the blender before adding anything else). Ice also works well, along with frozen fruit if that's your thing.

It is delicioso :)

heres some ideas
One slice of toasted whole grain raisin bread with 1-tablespoon of low fat cream cheese (or 2-tablespoons of whipped cottage cheese) and 1-tablespoon of all-fruit spread.
8 ounces of low fat vanilla yogurt mixed with one small box of raisins and 2-tablespoons of low fat cottage cheese (for a protein boost).
One honey whole-wheat English muffin with 2-teaspoons of low fat cream cheese sprinkled with a dusting of ground cinnamon and 1-teaspoon of sugar.
One chocolate sorbet bar (such as Haagen-Dazs or Sharon's Sorbet)
Two whole grain crackers (Wasa or rice cake) with 1-tablespoon of peanut butter and 1-tablespoon of jam or all-fruit spread.
One baked apple with 2-tablespoons of low fat vanilla yogurt.
Three frozen Tofutti bars
One-half cup of vanilla frozen yogurt scooped into 12 ounces of diet root beer.
Two whole grain crackers (or two brown rice cakes) with 2-tablespoons of low fat cream cheese and 1-tablespoon of jam
One bran muffin with 1-tablespoon of jam, 1-teaspoon of peanut butter or 2-tablespoons of low fat cream cheese.
One medium package of biscotti with 8 ounces of low fat hot chocolate or chocolate milk
One piece (one-half ounce) of top-quality semisweet or bittersweet (dark) chocolate (such as Dove, Callebaut, Vahlrona or Ghirardelli)

Now obviously fruit comes to the top of the list, but im human, I need a cookie or two at some point in my life, haha. Obviously there are healthier recipes, but I want to know some out of the box ideas that are new.
One of my favorite treats right now is frozen pb and banana.
