1/2 cup-1 cup of frozen mixed berries,1/4 cup of mixed berry juice and 1 tsp-1 tbsp of honey.
Or you can use citrus fruits Example oranges and citrus juice

I am using mostly fesh lemon or lime on salads. Anyone have salad dressings that do not use a lot of oil or dairy?
