I have found to make a really easy veggie soup in my crock pot. I buy the frozen bag of "veggies for soup", brown up a 1/2 pound of ground beef (or turkey if you want), depending on how much broth you like between 1-2 cups of low sodium chicken broth, and 1 cup of water. Shake some season salt, and no salt garlic herb seasoning (this works great on SO many other things too) put in crock pot for 4 hours. makes about 3-4 med sized bowls of soup. sometimes I save it and have it throughout the week. Perfect for these cold days.

Uncle bens original wild rice box, 1 can of cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup of water, about 3/4 of the packet in the wild rice box mix all of this together and pour into a 9x13 pan (i use a glass one) place 3-4 pieces of thawed chicken breasts on it, then sprinkle the remaining seasoning packet on the chicken. Bake at 350 for about 40-50 min (until chicken is done) SO EASY and good.

Spaghetti made with ground turkey instead of ground beef on whole wheat noodles. You can also make tacos with ground turkey and use whole wheat tortillas. I don't cook with red meat anymore, I substitute with chicken or ground turkey.

I cook (bake, steam, roast, fry) most things as is (meat, veggies, fats, fruits) and add salt, garlic, or pepper.

I need some Healthy dinners that don't require a lot of ingredients. I don't have a lot of money so the easier and less ingredients the better. I'm not really into cooking either so anything easy!
