I can speak from experience with 3 kids ages 15-21. When mom and/or dad are working out and eating right, the kids make more healthy choices.

This is so true. One of my biggest motivations for getting fit and healthy is that I want to be fit and healthy when I decide to start trying to get pregnant. That's not going to be any time soon, but I plan to be there when that day comes. I want to ensure my children are raised on a healthy lifestyle.
