At school, I am really good with walking around the field at my school because I don't like playing with the guys who really care about just playing dodgeball and basketball. I go to a small school so there's not much exercise going on.
I try to eat healthy at school but I feel like other people are able to lose weight better than I am so I feel like I am trying for no reason at all.
I know that one way I can get exercise is if I run but we only run twice and its not even for five minutes.
Does anyone on here have suggestions for me while I walk around the field? I mean stretches or things I can do?
Secondly, I want to eat healthier. I have lost five pounds which I am happy about but I feel there are more foods that I could eat..... What kind of foods do people love on here and would suggest to me? I am willing to eat pretty much anything but there are foods that I wouldn't even eat.
