When I changed my diet using the skills Sparkpeople taught me, my cholesterol went from 213 to 152! And oatmeal was my mealticket. Be sure to spruce it up to cut any blandness. You can check my public nutrition tracker to see how I pretty up my oatmeal. I eat it EVERY morning. Can't wait to sink my teeth into a bowl of this great invention called oatmeal. Make oatmeal a daily habit. It's one of the best things you can do for your health. I kid you not.
Eliminate "I will try". Replace with "I will". You are now ready to succeed. Let's go.

It's Christmas a time of decadence but after realizing just how bad my regular diet is after tracking yesterday I opted for some oatmeal this morning. The rest of my family had omelettes but surprisingly I don't feel like I was shorted.
