I'll use veggies sometimes, but instead of eliminating tortilla chips and crackers completely, I look for healthier alternatives.

There are some good baked tortilla chips - I like the Garden of Eatin brand. Triscuits are a good choice as well, a serving is several and they are high in fiber, and not overly processed.

I would like to learn some healthy alternatives to tortilla chips and crackers for dips. Most dips you can use vegetables, but can I use instead of tortilla chips? I like chips and salsa or hummus as a snack, but want to keep it healthy for me and my family. Any suggestions?
