2 Scoops EAS Lean 15 Vanilla protein powder (100 calories) 1/2 cup canned pumpkin- no additives, just pumpkin (about 50 calories) 6 Ice Cubes About 1/2 cup of water Cinnamon, Nutmeg & Stevia to sweeten
WHIIIIIIRRRRR it up in the blender and enjoy!! Was so refreshing and good at about 150 calories, can't beat it!!
