Try looking at Plan to Eat....

This allows you to enter and copy in recipes including the nutrition info. I have seen this before and just signed up for the free trial as they have made some upgrades.

Does anyone know of a website that provides healthy meal plans for dinner, lunch, and breakfast. One that includes the calorie count and grocery list would be perfect. I know that we have this one on Spark People, but it's lacking on accuracy. I buy way more than I need each week, and sometimes, the ingredients don't match up to all of the meals, and vice versa. It would be great to see a site that matches everything up, gives calorie counts, and a grocery list.
