Saute garlic in butter. Add mustard,red pepper and lemon juice and mix well
Add lobster. Simmer for 5 minutes and mix well to coat.
Combine with pasta, drizzle some olive oil and mix well.

My boyfriend worked an event last night and came home with three fully cooked, whole lobsters. He wants to make lobster salad with mayo but I was wondering if there was something healthier I could make so that we could both enjoy it? Preferably lower in fat. And no bisque - we don't have a pot big enough for it.
