Just curious if you have any suggestions for a healthy Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
I eat Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds and a Banana for Breakfast usually.
For Lunch, I pretty much try to find something healthy.
For Dinner, It varies. Monday's: Tacos (1), Tuesdays Spaghetti and Meatballs (1 serving), Wednesdays Chicken (Grilled, 1 serving), Thursdays Porkchop (1 serving), Friday Veggie Philly Cheesesteak, Saturdays Mashed Potatoes, Steak, and Mushrooms.
Each meal is served with some fruit.
Any suggestions would still be great here.
