This is the best recipe !!


Dry ingredients in a big bowl

2 cups flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
� cup brown sugar
� cup white sugar

Wet ingredients go on top of dry ingredients

� cup skim milk
2 eggs or eggbeaters
� cup applesauce
3 or 4 mashed bananas
1 tsp vanilla


Place all dry ingredients into a big bowl

Place all wet ingredients on top of dry

Mix until well combined

Makes 2 loaves

Bake 60 minutes or until golden brown and cracked on top.

I love eating banana bread, cranberry bread and that sort of thing. I'm looking for healthy recipes for these or any breads like them.
