on reaching maintenance. I see that the members before me have directed you to some great information. You can do it. Keep your thinking positive. Look what you are accomplished. You can be just as successful in maintenance.

Congratulations - what wonderful news! I know you will be as successful with maintenance on Spark as you were with weight loss. We are so proud of you for getting there! I can hardly wait to join you there. It will be a while, but it will be worth it. Thanks for being "living proof"!

That's awesome!! I hope you are feeling really proud of yourself! I hesitate to suggest anything since I have quite a ways yet to go, but if the Spark program helped you set up a calorie counting and burning program that worked so well, I'd set a maintenance goal and continue with what it suggests. That's what I plan to do when I ever get to my goal, anyway!
