Thanks guys. I'll give Gold Bond Medicated Powder a try after I'm done with the cream.

Tom you are a hoot!! So, what are you saying? You'd rather me talk about my hooters rather than jock itch/yeast infection. Why on earth would you want to do that? LOL

I agree with Eric, Gold Bond Medicated Powder works wonders for keeping your sac nice and dry and tingly happy! It really is great and the only thing I've found to combat sweaty sack syndrome in the summer and all the itching that can come with heat rash.

Tinactin spray for jock itch- use it for a week or so. Take a break from that and use Gold Bond Medicated Powder for a while.

If symptoms return, repeat the Tinactin spray for another week.

Plan on using the powder for the long haul as long as it doesn't irritate your skin.

This is part of life! Not limited to unfit guys- do you ever see the major league baseball guys scratching away?!

I don't know if Miconazole is also available OTC or not. If not, there are some other antifungal creams that are. A pharmacist would be able to give you some good info.

Like I've said before, I don't mind those with vaginas visiting the guy's lounge, as long as they can handle the topics. It's always educational.

Maybe the girls can come up with some good topics. (foreplay, G spot, oral, anal, frequency, duration, size, toys, porn, etc.) Whadda ya think?

oh, ok, I knew you were kidding!! LOL. When he said something about a yeast infection, I thought that was directed to women as well. I didn't realize men could get a yeast infection. But you know what, I may not have balls but I have a vagina, and it can get just as moist, if maybe moister than balls, wow, I am talking about a sensitive subject or what? Also, my exhusband was overweight and he douced himself with alot of baby powder every night, and it helped keep out the moisture. Just sayin. Also, I love the guys lounge so please don't kick me out guys.

I think it is great that women are in here, the old lounge has been dead for awhile. Amy, I was kidding with my comment, I thought you would take it that way since you and I have commented on a lot of topics. We should ask them to give us the insight to what women want and think.

There should be a girl forum, I agree. But I'm just saying, why post on a topic you have no clue about. It's like if I posted in a topic about PMS, would that be helpful at all? No.

The new underwear thing is a smart idea. And Gold Bond...will it help take out the smell? Cause that's a big problem too.

well excuse me all over the place!! If we had a girl lounge, I could care less if you posted in there. I was just trying to help. If there are any ladies reading this, let's see if we can get a girls lounge going because its impossible to post anything in the general forums. There are too many posts and they keep getting put down to the bottom before anyone can reply. That's all, thanks to the guys who made me feel welcome and I'll be praying for the ones who did not. I'm out for good, bye-bye.

there is a girl in here! emoticon Well at least she don't have balls emoticon

I work outside a lot, I use the Gold Bond Medicated Power (like baby powder) for preventive and in some cases to treat. Sometimes I carry an extra pair of underwear and t shirt to change into and have dry underwear. This can be a pain in the butt but it feels better.

I have tried various underwear over the styles and materials, I really have not found that to make a difference for me. Most recently my wife bought me Jockey stay cool, at 100+ degrees they were no different than any other.

Hey Jake, nevermind the "girl" posting in the guy's lounge, just live with it..........we do, LOL!

On Topic: TLC has got good advice though even in my fattest of days I didn't have that problem, sounds like it's sucks!

Why is a girl posting in a guy lounge???

Nice suggestion TLCOVERT1. I'll be on the lookout for that one. Is it OTC?

It's a big problem sitting in a wheel chair most of the time too. I use Miconazole cream everyday as a preventive measure. It will also clear up a bad case pretty fast too. The Dr. might give you an oral pill if it's real bad. One pill once a week for three weeks. (Same prescription frequently used for chronic vaginal yeast infections.)

SO guys, it's summer and if we are overweight, or even just a bit overweight, balls get moist and thighs itch. Anyone have jock itch or yeast infection? Would love to talk about it with someone as it is driving me CRAZY.
