sorry ... i don't have an answer for you

i posted here because i also sometimes get headaches when exercising and have had plenty of water plus i take a good quality multi vit/min tab every day.

I got them too when I first started getting back into exercise. I've stuck with it and don't get them anymore. Do you get migraines? I refuse to take any more preventative meds as I experience really bad side effects, so my neurologist has me taking vitamins. I take 250 mg of Riboflavin (B2) and Magnesium oxide twice a day and 300 mg Co Q-10. Don't know if that will help regular headaches, but it has done wonders for me for my migraines.

I get headaches while I exercise. More so with exercise dvd's, I haven't noticed them as much when I'm just walking for my exercise. I drink plenty of water throughout the day. Anyone know what causes this and any remedies, I'm not big on medicine.
