MEGO0456,

You may want to contact your doctor about what you are experiencing. While SparkPeople is a wonderful community of support and encouragement, when it comes to these types of questions, we do recommend that you contact your doc who is most familiar with you and your medical history.

I got them too when I first started getting back into exercise. I've stuck with it and don't get them anymore. Do you get migraines? I refuse to take any more preventative meds as I experience really bad side effects, so my neurologist has me taking vitamins. I take 250 mg of Riboflavin (B2) and Magnesium oxide twice a day and 300 mg Co Q-10. Don't know if that will help regular headaches, but it has done wonders for me for my migraines.

I get headaches while I exercise. More so with exercise dvd's, I haven't noticed them as much when I'm just walking for my exercise. I drink plenty of water throughout the day. Anyone know what causes this and any remedies, I'm not big on medicine.
